Our Mission Statement 

Our aim is to educate all care providers, including foster carers, care home facilitators and
teachers, on the needs of afro and textured hair.

 

We will teach them the correct language and terminology that should be used when communicating with young people to put a stop to hair discrimination whilst creating environments that feel safe and inclusive.

We aim to create inclusive spaces in homes, care homes, schools, salons and community spaces.
